Terms & Conditions of Enrolment:
A 20% deposit must be paid for all courses one month prior to course start date to secure your spot.
Course fees must be paid in full on the start date, unless other payment plans are arranged.
Refunds for courses will only be issued up to one (1) month prior to the start date. The original deposited fee of 20% will be deducted.
No refund will be issued once the course has commenced.
Full refunds for workshops will only be issued up to (1) month prior to the state date.
Should you have to drop out of the course or workshop due to medical reasons, Bodyworks must be notified in writing by a qualified physician.
Exams must be paid in full one month prior to exam date, unless other payment plans are arranged.
No refund will be issued for Exams.
Bodyworks Subiaco reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses and workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In this circumstance a full refund or deferment into the next available course will be offered. Instances where this is not possible will be handled on an individual basis.
Certificates of completion will be issued by Merrithew Health & Fitness at the end of the course if all dates of the course were attended.
Course and workshop materials will be provided for each participant depending on the course/workshop. If materials are lost or stolen, Bodyworks will not be liable. Course materials may be repurchased by the participant but can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Bodyworks Subiaco aims to provide an educational environment that aids learning and is safe for all participants and staff. As a participant you are expected to behave in a manner which protects yourself and others at Bodyworks Subiaco.
All care will be taken to maintain high safety standards for participants, however bodyworks will not hold responsibility for any injury sustained as a result of participation in the course.
