Do you have an interest in the fields of movement and fitness? The STOTT PILATES® Intensive Reformer is ideal for you.
Learn to instruct Essential to Intermediate STOTT PILATES repertoire.
Hosted over 2 weekend sessions. The course covers the effective use of the reformer to enhance torso stability and strength, peripheral extremity conditioning, joint stability, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Equip yourself with the knowledge of all new exercises to build a motivational and beneficial workout for clientele of all abilities.
Participants gain 5.0 Continuing Education Credits (CECs) upon completion of this course.
