Lisa has a keen interest in solving the cases that other therapists continue to treat without resolution. She respects the timely nature of the correct treatment at the correct stage of the condition and therefore does a mix of early hands on physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation of chronic conditions that is necessary for any condition that isn’t traumatic. Her attention to detail and personalised care approach will leave you understanding a clear path to resolution every time.

Lisa graduated from University of Notre Dame with Honours and is now up skilled in anatomical acupuncture, pelvic mobilisation/manipulation and is the only STOTT PILATES Rehab Instructor Trainer in Australasia. Learning from her own scoliosis, and always searching for answers means Lisa has travelled throughout the world, Wisconsin, Italy and Prague to do advance world leading training in evidence based scoliosis physiotherapy techniques including BSPTS Schroth and SEAS techniques.

Lisa shows a level of empathy that many other therapists wont, due to her understanding what being in pain is like, and steps to resolution. She is also always striving to make sure she is at the forefront of scoliosis treatment and education to make sure she is helping her scoliosis patients like no one else.

2017 was a big year for Lisa and Mathew (her other half) welcoming their daughter, Ada and more recently in 2019 Vea, now being the proud mother of two beautiful girls.

Lisa’s long-term career goals are to complete her PhD in scoliosis treatment methods especially in teens, creating long-term change to the way Scoliosis is managed in Australia. Lisa prides herself in working as part of the multi-disciplinary team for all conditions; she loves working with doctors, surgeons, osteopaths and other health care professionals to get the best results for her patients, creating relationships and working with others just eases patients’ minds and this is what she continues to instil in her team.

Caroline Peos

Caroline originally grew up in the south west region of Manjimup, she is true to her country roots in her personal attitude and care for her patients. Caroline chased her passion for helping others by relocating to Perth to complete her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree through Curtin University and has worked within private musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice for many years. She is a driven and evidence-based physiotherapist who is always looking into the latest research to help her patients meet their goals.

Caroline has a keen interest in rehabilitation of sporting injuries with a particular focus on shoulder and lower limb tendon dysfunction. After sustaining recurrent lower limb injuries herself, she understands the importance of strong rehab foundations for successful and meaningful return to sport and/or work. She uses a combination of hands on therapy and exercise programs and strives to instill confidence in her patients on their recovery journey. She understands the time and place for manual hands on treatment to allow people to return to movement and function required to have the best quality of life.

She has completed her STOTT PILATES training and finds she enjoys the intricacies of working on biomechanics and fine-tuning someone’s movements to prevent pain to allow them to regain function and quality of life. Besides that she has done a lot of post graduate study within all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy to make sure she can treat your condition with evidence based care and techniques.

Madison Jamieson

Madison completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame Australia. Prior to this she also completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

Madison has a strong clinical interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. Her strong interest in sporting injuries and sports rehabilitation led her to travel with the WA State U15s and U13s girls hockey team as their physiotherapist in 2021 and 2019 respectively. She has a keen interest and passion for netball, AFL, and hockey based injuries. Her other areas of interest include lower back pain, lower limb injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.

Madison is passionate about the body’s mechanics and how it can be healed with exercise which fuels her desire to apply her exercise and sport science knowledge to develop exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual's goals.

Her approach to patient care is genuine and holistic in nature. She believes as physiotherapists we are there to listen, to understand and to empower individuals to continue to become better versions of themselves.

Outside of the clinic, Madison keeps herself busy playing netball, participating in pilates classes and watching as much sport as she can.

Siobhan Lenihan


Physiotherapist (BSc Physio) (BSc ExSportSci)

Siobhan is a Physiotherapist who believes patient centred care should be a Physiotherapist’s top priority. Siobhan discovered her passion for strength and conditioning, and the rehabilitation component of physiotherapy.

She enjoys using manual-therapy and exercise to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, women’s health and neurological conditions, using evidence-based techniques to guide her treatment with the goal of making a real difference to the lives of her patients. Siobhan’s BSc degree in Exercise and Sport Science, enables her to provide a well-rounded approach to patient management. She has a passion for helping her patients better understand how their bodies can move and heal through exercise and empowering them to take charge of their own health.

Siobhan enjoys spending her free time in the gym and with her family and friends.

Naomi Fowler


Physiotherapy BSc Distinction

Naomi has a passion for helping people learn how to better care for their health & lives to see people empowered to take charge of their own journey towards wellbeing. She loves to teach her patients how the human body works and to explain to them in easy-to-understand terms, the steps to take to achieve their goals.

Naomi graduated from Curtin University with distinction & has since been adding to her knowledge and skill set in Physiotherapy to now have dry needling, pilates and most recently BSPTS scoliosis-specific therapies as options to provide her patients with well-rounded, individualised management plans.

Naomi lives with her husband, Ben, and teaches part-time at Curtin University - staying up-to-date with current scientific theory & working in close proximity to the researchers paving the way towards new insights in the health science field.

In the future, Naomi looks forward to working with a diverse range of professionals as part of the multi-disciplinary team connected to Bodyworks Subiaco to expand Physiotherapy and especially scoliosis-specific services to reach more people in WA.

Letisha Carozza


Physiotherapist (BSc Physio)

Letisha completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with first-class Honours from the University of Notre Dame Fremantle.

She has a particular interest in paediatrics, which she explored in her Honours research, and is continuing her training in this area. Letisha is also interested in dancer injury rehabilitation and prevention which developed from her dance and dance teacher background. Letisha thoroughly enjoyed being the dance physiotherapist for the professional dancers from Perth contemporary dance company, Co3, in their 2021 season of Archives of Humanity.

Her skills extend to the management of ongoing pain conditions and musculoskeletal injuries in the general population. She enjoys treating clients of all ages.

Letisha values improving her clients’ quality of life through pain management, manual therapy, exercise, injury prevention and achieving their goals. Letisha is a strong believer in going above and beyond to provide holistic and effective physiotherapy that is important to her clients.

Outside of work Letisha enjoys taking ballet classes, pilates classes, bike riding, and spending her time near the coast.

Danica Falcone


Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Danica completed her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Curtin University. Prior to this she also completed a Bachelor of Exercise, Sport and Rehabilitation Science.

Danica’s aspirations to become an Accredited Exercise Physiologist sparked her interest after countless injuries encountered in competitive “non-contact” sport, netball. Following multiple sprained ankles, a broken finger and a fractured elbow the rehabilitation process was quite familiar and enjoyable despite being sidelined. Throughout this time, Danica established the power of rehabilitation and the importance in recovery to return to sports.

Danica strives to rehabilitate those experiencing work and sports injuries to regain full function and strength as someone once did for her. Danica’s career goal is to positively impact the lives of those in need and motivate them to be the best version of themselves.

Outside the clinic, Danica enjoys travelling to beaches down south for small fishing trips and SUP boarding. She continues to love and play netball.

Melika Shahid


Pilates Instructor

Melika started gymnastics and dancing from a very young age. Growing up, she has always been dedicated to fulfilling her fitness goals. In 2013, Melika decided to challenge herself by participating in the Australian Tango Dance competition in Sydney. She got awarded a certificate of excellence, as a semi-finalist in the beginners’ category.

Her strong desire in trying to understand human body movements and mobility lead her to Iyengar Yoga and STOTT Pilates classes.

STOTT Pilates has opened up new opportunities for Melika. Experiencing a whole mind-body transformation, she decided to complete her instructor training at Bodyworks, Perth Australia.

As a STOTT trained Reformer instructor, her passion is to empower her clients to fulfil their goals. Safety, good technique and progression are her motives, when at the studio.

Dimitrie started at Bodyworks Subiaco due to her own scoliosis journey and loves to help people learn and grow within their own bodies, learning through movement.

Dimi, as we affectionately call her, is studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy through Notre Dame University and has an aspiration to go on and study further within the women's health field.

Dimi loves studying, learning and empowering her clients and believes pilates is the ideal form of movement to achieve not only strength, control but also learn to move in ways that empower us to integrate good movement patterns into daily life.

Denise began her her journey into the fitness/ wellness world when she moved to the Bahamas and created a fitness program at the Lyford Cay Members Club. 

After falling in love with all things fitness Denise completed her first STOTT PILATES Certification, driving her to open her own Certification centre in the Bahamas. 

27 years in the Bahamas and travelling internationally to teach instructors in countries such as Italy, The Caribbean, and Australia, Denise has landed in Australia to teach instructor training at Bodyworks Subiaco.

Denise’s Passion lies in giving her clients a unique and challenging workout and exceeding their expectations every time they walk into the studio. Her fear is, being a predictable trainer and boring to clients with the same old program and not being prepared.

Asha Martin

Asha is a fully qualified STOTT PILATES Mat and Reformer Instructor. She has been passionate about all things movement from a young age, starting gymnastics at age four and moving to Sports Aerobics Gymnastics later.

After completing high school Asha studied nursing and became an Assistant Nurse. She has been working in aged care for six years and has loved every minute of it although the part she loved most was helping people through movement. This is when she decided her love of Pilates and helping others would come together to create her passion for Pilates.

Through her life experiences and knowledge, Asha believes that wellbeing can be enhanced with movement and good nutrition. She looks forward to sharing this knowledge with clients to improve mind, body, awareness and mobility.

With her great passion for music and movement, Tiffany is one of our most enthusiastic Barre instructors. She has a background of performing arts, manual therapies and holistic kinesiology and recently has embarked on the STOTT Pilates pathway doing the Matwork and Barre course. Tiffany loves teaching her classes, learning new things and passing on her knowledge to anyone that is interested.

When she isn’t in the studio, Tiffany is kept busy by her two children, Amelia, and Leo.

Remedial Massage Therapist

Yasuko holds Diploma in Remedial Massage and Bowen Therapy, and is a qualified provider for all health fund rebates in both modalities.

Yasuko has a strong passion to achieve the greatest lasting result by treating not only presenting symptoms such as pain or discomfort but the actual hidden cause.

Yasuko uses her intensive musculoskeletal assessment and palpation skills as well as various style of massage, such as deep tissue, fascial release, muscle energy technique, or trigger point to tailor for the client's individual needs, as well as supplying a care plan to take home.

Yasuko started her career in the health care industry treating clients with neurological conditions. Along with Bowen therapy, Yasuko offers her skills to wide range of clients with increased needs, such as newborns, work related injuries, disabilities and athletes.

Remedial Massage Therapist

Miyuki is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and a healer who has a natural gift of healing touch and a passion to help people.

Trained by Japanese acupuncturist and studied at the Australian Institute of Fitness with 8 years of practice. Miyuki’s treatments are focused on total wellbeing, with a holistic approach to align imbalanced physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health.

The techniques Miyuki uses are; Deep tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial release, Shiatsu, MET, PRT, Reiki and energy therapy.
