WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION
Our Privacy Statement covers you when you visit our website www.bodyworkssubiaco.com or use any of our services at our registered business address, Bodyworks Clinical Pilates Pty Ltd 179 York Street, Subiaco, Perth, WA, 6008, Australia, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our clinic, new products and other updates via newsletter or promotional emails.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information either on-site or online, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
When giving your implied consent you are recognising that all costs associated with treatments as per advertised pricing on website is your responsibility to pay at the time of the appointment. This includes all patients coming to Bodyworks Subiaco & Perth Scoliosis Clinic with insurance cover, both private, motor vehicle, worker's compensation and NDIS. You recognise that if the costs associated with your treatments is not covered by any third party involved for any reason at all, that you will be personally responsible for any debt incurred. By your attendance to the appointment you are giving consent to the above statement. Clinical notes are always kept as proof attendance for this reason and you have the ability to opt out by non-attendance.
All memberships are a three month minimum term, and then continue on a month by month basis until written consent given to management with one billing cycle notice. Memberships can be suspended once, and all suspensions attract a $20 administration fee, charged at business discretion. All appointments are only secured by having credit card on file and you are aware that if you fail to notify administration with adequate time you will be charged for the appointment if you do not adhere to our 24 hour cancellation policy.
When completing a Telehealth Appointment you are agreeing to "having treatment" within Australia and as far as all insurance requirements are deemed bound by Australian Law and Australian Insurance Guidelines. If any legal action, it is to taken, this will be carried about within Australia in accordance with Australian Law.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or mailing us at: Bodyworks Subiaco Pty Ltd 179 York Street, Subiaco, Perth, WA, 6008, Australia.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. We will never sell or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. We do not store any credit card information and use EzyDebit and EPOS for financial transactions.
If our business is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
