Currently our classes are LIVE STREAMED due to the restrictions on fitness centres. We have a comprehensive class timetable to look after your fitness and meditation needs.

Matwork Pilates classes at Bodyworks Subiaco is all about intelligent exercise. Mat Pilates is using a range of equipment to strengthen and lengthen in a way that is kind to your body and optimises form and function.

Boxing & Abs

Boxing & Abs @ Home

Ramp up the intensity a notch with Boxing and Abs! Boost your metabolism by working multiple body segments simultaneously. Challenge your upper body and trunk strength whilst improving cardiovascular fitness. These classes are fun and dynamic with engaging and enthusiastic instructors. We can guarantee that will leave you feeling strong and energised.

Barre

Barre

Barre is a safe and effective workout and is a fusion between dance and Pilates exercises. Barre at Bodyworks is the brainchild between a rehabilitation physiotherapist in combination with an ex professional dancer who together have fused the principles of dance and Pilates safely.

This high intensity workout choreographed to music is fun whilst still educating you in smooth controlled movement encouraging toning, strength and flexibility without injury. The dance based workout uses the ballet barre (hence the name)- but at home you can use the back of a chair or table and will keep you fit and firm whilst encompassing the Pilates principles of breath, local control and global mobility. Warning: This class is addictive and NO prior dance experience is necessary.

Core Functional Fitness

Ramp up the intensity a notch with our CORE classes! Boost your metabolism by working multiple body segments simultaneously. High intensity interval training (HIIT) meets Pilates! We use fun  props including the band, weights and sliding discs. To keep these workouts safe and effective we start you out with stretching and end with stretching.
