Rehabilitation Physiotherapy at Bodyworks

With Rehabilitation Physio sessions our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists work with you to get to the bottom of your diagnosis, correcting your posture, any biomechanical issues and your movement patterns.

Our slipstream approach is proven to give your body optimal recovery for better pain management and pain free quality of life.

Any issues that are due to posture, sport’s injury or chronic conditions (pain lasting for longer than three months), will need Rehabilitation Physiotherapy to get your movement patterns back to normal and to manage yourself as long-lasting pain often has compensatory issues and creates fear of movement.

Initial Assessments

A Rehabilitation Physiotherapy Initial consultation is necessary for any chronic pain or injury.

Book in for an initial appointment and your Physiotherapist / Exercise Physiologist will go through an assessment; doing full history, postural assessment (including scanning) and then set up individually tailored treatment programs to support you through the pain management and recovery process.

The Physiotherapist will give you an easy to understand diagnosis and explanation of your pain. With your goals in mind, they will develop a multi-disciplinary approach to achieving long term success in decreasing pain and improving function through movement therapy. We take private health and have a HICAPS machine for fast claims on the spot.

We also offer rehab physio semi-private groups.  Have you heard about this? Are you ready to get straight into them? We still require an initial assessment with one of our Physiotherapists. This will allow you to continue with your program and receive private health rebates but the Rehab Groups are another great option.  Ask our team when you get in touch.
